Evertime FTP Combi Response Files section shows you the Combi files that have been sent to Evertime and any responses that have been returned after the data has been imported.
How often is the data synced over to Evertime?
The data is sent to Evertime every hour, on the hour.
How can I identify what Combi file type has been sent?
The column ‘Combi Type’ will show you if it was a combi or a timesheet combi.
How will I know if there are any issues?
If we have detected any issues, you will see a flag / warning with a ‘Please review response’ message. This will download the file and explain any issues you may have. It is recommended you review the Integration Warnings page to ensure all of the mandatory data for Evertime is covered.
