Workflow for Timesheet Approval
Prerequisites: You must ensure, as an agency, the contact has a valid email address and has not opted-out of email notifications.
When a timesheet has been submitted, the client will receive the following email:

If the client clicks on Existing Approver, they will be taken directly to the login page to login. If they have click New Approver, they will be taking to a password reset screen to setup their account.
Once they approver has logged into the portal (https://timesheet.centricflow.co.uk) they will see the following screen:

From this screen, clients can approve or amend the timesheets. If the client approves the timesheet, they will see a timesheet approval window, below, to allow them to supply a PO and any comments. They will also see the disclaimer you have setup.

If the client chooses to amend the timesheet, they will see the screen below, where they can adjust the hours, provide a reason for the adjustment.
