If the pending timesheet hours are not correct on Pending Approval, you can push these back to be re-submitted.
How can I do this?
- Browse to Bookings > Pending Approval.
- Expand the Client where the issue is (by clicking on the grey bar).
- Tick the timesheet you would like to push back.
- Scroll down and press Reject Selected.
- Browse to Manual Timesheets and re-enter the correct timesheet information.
- Return back to Pending Approval and the hours should reflect what has been entered.
