Timesheet: Pending Timesheet showing incorrect hours.

If the pending timesheet hours are not correct on Pending Approval, you can push these back to be re-submitted.

How can I do this?

  1. Browse to Bookings > Pending Approval.
  2. Expand the Client where the issue is (by clicking on the grey bar).
  3. Tick the timesheet you would like to push back.
  4. Scroll down and press Reject Selected.
  5. Browse to Manual Timesheets and re-enter the correct timesheet information.
  6. Return back to Pending Approval and the hours should reflect what has been entered.
