Issue:
Could not find a matching Display Rate Id of XXXX associated with placement XXXX in Evertime.
Solution:
With regards to “Could not find a matching Display Rate Id of XXXX associated with placement XXXX in Evertime.” this is caused by the Evertime Rate sent via the Combi Timesheet File not being found within the Placement in Evertime.
This needs to be updated in the Booking Plan > Rate Cards and make sure you have added all the pay and charge rates for Standard, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays and also select the right Evertime rates for each one of them
