ANSWER:
To resolve this, if you browse to Apps > Integrations (https://app.centricflow.co.uk/a/integrations) and click on the blue ‘Having problems? Click here to disconnect’ which is highlighted in orange below.

Once you have clicked this, this will reset the settings and allow you to then click Login with Microsoft, as shown below.
