One of my clients said in the email below she keeps receiving reminders to approve a timesheet but there isn’t anyone working there at the moment and I can’t see anything submitted my end – any ideas what we can do?
Answer:
To resolve this issue is that there are several old timesheets and still requiring approval that were in the CRM system after the Online Timesheets Effective Date field set on the client details page for the client set to a date too old.
You can update the Online Timesheets Effective Date field to a newer date and this should stop the automated reminder to pick these older timesheets that still require approvals.
