How do I remove a candidate from the workflow?

To remove a candidate from the workflow, where you may have added them in error, or are simply doing some role housekeeping, you can do this by following the steps below:

  • Browse to the role you would like to perform this on.
  • Locate the candidate in the status you would like to remove.
  • Click the ‘Remove’ button associated with their status:


  • When you click on the Remove, you will be asked to confirm this action:


  • Once you click Remove, this will remove the candidate from the workflow and confirm it’s been completed:


  • Once the candidate has been removed, there will be a log of the activity on the candidate record and the consultant record.
