I have a Evertime Combi Upload response file for candidate “xxxxx” with incorrect NI number format. How do I fix this?

To fix this issue follow these steps.

Step-by-step

  1. You will have to find the candidate by going to https://app.centricflow.co.uk/a/viewworkerdetails?id=xxxxxx. Replace xxxxx with the actual candidate ID within the Evertime Combi Upload response file.
  2. Then once you have found the right candidate profile within CentricFlow you will need to make sure the National Insurance Number is correct and click on Save
  3. After you will need to download a new combi file and re-upload it into Evertime.
  4. If all is correct, then this issue should be resolved.
