To fix this issue follow these steps.
Step-by-step
- You will have to find the candidate by going to https://app.centricflow.co.uk/a/viewworkerdetails?id=xxxxxx. Replace xxxxx with the actual candidate ID within the Evertime Combi Upload response file.
- Then once you have found the right candidate profile within CentricFlow you will need to make sure the National Insurance Number is correct and click on Save
- After you will need to download a new combi file and re-upload it into Evertime.
- If all is correct, then this issue should be resolved.
