How to check if a candidate has uploaded a document directly into CentricFlow?

How to check if a candidate has uploaded a document directly into CentricFlow? We keep receiving email saying “Compliance Document Upload”.

ANSWER:

When you receive a system email alert saying “Compliance Document Upload”.

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to Candidates > List Candidates page
2. Select the Candidate mentioned on the email alert
3. Click on the Compliance tab
4. You should see the new document uploaded by the candidate under Compliance Documents section
5. Please note: CentricFlow does not override previously uploaded documents it keeps a copy of all uploaded documents for audit purposes
