What is the Today’s Cancellations figure on the Booking Plan?
The Today’s Cancellations total includes the sum of all cancelled bookings totals for the current day; When you hover over the little information icon, we will breakdown the counts for each of the following categories:
- No Shows
- Sick
- Holiday
- Cancelled by Client
- Cancelled by Candidate
Note: If you have cancelled a booking using the ‘Accidental Booking’ category, we will not count these towards the figure.
