Issue:
Images Copied and Pasted Not Appearing in Emails
Solution:
Regarding the fact that copied and pasted images to email text areas are not appearing in the Emails that are sent via Microsoft Office 365 email integration.
Microsoft Office 365 email integration API strips out any images that are copied and pasted directly into email texts – for safety and security issues.
As CentricFlow does not control the Microsoft Office 365 email settings we are not be able to resolve this issue.
We recommend that in the future you use the Email Attachment option to send any images you want to email within CentricFlow.
