Expired Compliance: Compliance Expired Internal

What is the Compliance Expired Internal?

The Compliance Expired Interval is how many days after a document has expired that you would like to be alerted to. This is a useful feature that will stop alerting you after the number of days you select have seen set.

As an example use case, if you have a passport on a candidate’s profile and the passport has expired, you be notified of this until you replace the document, but in some industries, you can still accept this as a valid form of ID for up to 12 months post expiry (at the time this article was published) , so this feature allows you to stop the notifications after a period.

How do I switch this on?

You can switch this on, simply by following the steps below:

  • Login to CentricFlow

  • Browse to Account Settings

  • Locate the Additional Settings section.

  • Within the Compliance Expiring and Expired Notifications section, you will see a setting for Compliance Expired Interval (between 0 and 60 days)

  • Select the desired number, between 0 (disabled) and 60.

  • Click Update Details to apply this.
