What type of Client Statuses are there and what do they mean?

There are 9 Client Statuses available on CentricFlow and they are listed below. While each agency may interpret the statuses slightly differently, there is a category for all the types you would need.

  • Active is a client that you are currently working with, possibly have active bookings.
  • Lead is a client that you have worked with in the past, but
  • Lapsed is a client that you have worked with in the past, but don’t have any current integrations with at the moment.
  • Current is a client you are working with at the moment.
  • DNU (Do-Not-Use) is a status that means you don’t want to use this client.
  • New – A new client that has recently been added to the CRM.
  • Hot is when a client has been through the nurturing process and is highly interested in using your services.
  • Seasonal is a client that is expected to only run the majority of operations take place during only part of the year, for example Christmas.
  • Archived is a client that is no longer active, so can be archived to help keep you Active / Current clients at the top.
