Why is a candidate not receiving emails from the CRM?

Candidate’s can opt out of emails from CentricFlow for various reasons. Sometimes this can be done unintentionally and can be rectified very easily.

If you browse to the Candidate’s Profile and locate the option named ‘Receive Emails’ (directly below their email address) If this is ticked, they will receive emails from the CRM and if it’s unticked, they will not receive any emails.
