Troubleshooting: Evertime: The Rate_Type_ID column was empty

Issue:

Evertime: The Rate_Type_ID column was empty

Solution:

With regards to “The Rate_Type_ID column was empty” this is caused by the rate not matching a rate in Evertime. 

Firstly, login to Evertime and select Manage Rates. You will see the below in Evertime, you will need to set these up in CentricFlow.

To set these up in CentricFlow, login and head to Settings Manage Integrations and locate the Rates towards the bottom.

Once you have mirrored the settings, you will then need to update the Bookings to use the new rates setup.

To do this, browse to the Booking Plan, press the little information icon on the top right of the booking and then within the Booking Insights, select the rates, as shown below.

Now you will be able to download the Combi and import into Evertime again.
