How do I setup the 48-Hour Opt-Out on the Onboarding Form?

If you browse to Candidates > List Candidates and then select Setup On-boarding Form, you will be able to see the following option, allowing you to show this section and make it mandatory.

How is this presented to a Candidate?

Candidates will see this on their onboarding journey, where they will have 2 options:

  • Agree to Opt Out
  • I do not agree

How is this viewable on a candidates profile?

When you browse to a candidates profile, you will find the field in the location highlighted below.

How can a consultant adjust this on an existing candidate?

By default, you cannot change this option on a candidate record. To change this, you must enable the following permission to a consultant who is authorised to change this:

How do we report against this, for compliance reasons?

By default, we log this on the candidate notes, as shown below:

We also log this alongside the ‘Additional Questions’, where you can export them with the candidates signature. We have included an example below:
