Do I need permission to access the Booking Plan?

Yes, your account needs permission before you can access to the Booking Plan. If you do not have permission, you will see the following message:

To allocate the permission to access the Booking Plan, please follow the steps below, or watch the video

  • Login to CentricFlow
  • Browse to Settings > Account Settings
  • Select Consultants from the list on the left.
  • Locate the Consultant
  • Click Manage Permissions on the far right
  • Locate the permission named Booking Plan and tick this.
  • Click Save.
  • Ask the consultant to logout and back in to pick up the updated permission.

Please note, if you do not have permission to change settings, you will need to speak to your account manager.
