What is a Rate Card?
A Rate Card is an automated and controlled way of managing your pay and charge rates within CentricFlow. A Rate Card allows you setup a set of rates for a position for each client, allowing for you to specify the rates for differing candidate types, such as PAYE rate, Limited or Umbrella rates.
A Rate Card will allow you to also specify overtime rates, night rates and allow you to setup rates for Weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
With a Rate Card, you are able to set the overtime after a specified number of hours, so the rates can switch automatically, the same for differentiating between days and night shifts.
