Issue:
Evertime: The candidate columns gender and DOB are compulsory for company types LTD or UMB.
Solution:
With regards to “Evertime: The candidate columns gender and DOB are compulsory for company types LTD or UMB.” this is caused by the Candidate being a Limited Company or Umbrella and not having a both the gender and Date Of Birth as part of the mandatory fields for Evertime.
This needs to be updated in the Candidate Basic Details > Additional Details section.
Then select the gender and enter a valid Date Of Birth and then try again.
