Issue:
Evertime: The candidate ‘ExternalID’ cannot be moved to PAYE using the import
Solution:
With regards to “The candidate ‘ExternalID’ cannot be moved to PAYE using the import” this is caused the Payment Type within CentricFlow does not match the Worker Type within Evertime.
To resolve this, we recommend locating the candidate within Evertime and ensuring the candidate you have located is active and copy their System ID and update it onto the External ID within CentricFlow.
