CentricFlow allows you to send emails sent from the system automatically. There are two types of notification that can be sent, internal and external. Internal emails are automatic emails that are send to consultants and external emails are send to Candidates and Clients.
By default, all notifications are off
To enable internal notifications, simply head to Account Settings –> Consultants –> select the Consultant you want to manage –> Notifications and tick the notifications you would like to have enabled.
To enable external notifications, simply head to Account Settings –> Notifications and enable the ones you would like to use. You must ensure you have completed your email settings before activating these notifications
