In the Booking Plan, there are some overall statistics and totals that appear before the booking plan table.
The Today’s Cancellations total includes the sum of all cancelled bookings totals for the current day’s date, including:
The Today’s Unconfirmed total includes the sum of all bookings not confirmed (Pre-confirmed) for the current day’s date.
The Today’s Shifts total includes the sum of all active bookings for the current day’s date.
The This Week’s Bookings total includes the sum of all active bookings, based on the agency week start date (setup via the settings cog on the booking plan) to the end of the week.
The Next Week’s Bookings total includes the sum of all active bookings, based on the agency week start date to the end of the week for the following week.
The This Month’s Bookings total includes the sum of all active bookings between the beginning of the current month to the end of the current month.
The Open Booking Requests total includes the sum of all the open Booking Requests that have not been marked as completed.
