Before you link your Evertime & CentricFlow account together, please do liaise with support before doing so, so we can support you on this journey.
There are 2 ways you can link CentricFlow and Evertime together.
The first way is to use the Combi File facility, which will allow you to export a CSV and then import it into Evertime.
To enable this simply complete the following steps
- Login to Evertime
- Click on Manage
- Locate the Integrations tab
- Scroll to the FTP and Import Settings
- Click on the Enable FTP Import Upload for Agency button
This will then allow you to upload the CSV Exports from CentricFlow into Evertime.
The second way is to use the API, which will automatically sync your data without the need for downloading and uploading Combi files.
To enable this simply complete the following steps
- Login to Evertime
- Click on Manage
- Locate the Integrations tab
- Scroll to the API Settings
- Click on the Enable API Access for Agency button
- Save the information you are presented with as you will need this to connect with CentricFlow.
- Login to CentricFlow
- Click on Manage Integrations on the Settings Menu
- Add your API key and click save.
- This will now schedule a sync of your data.
