In the Add Booking window, there is a setting entitled “Client Booking Notification”.
This is used to send a booking to notification to the Client using the selected contact in the Client Booking Notification list.
There are three types of Client Booking Notifications:
- Primary Contact (Main Email)
- Site Contact
- Primary Approver
Note:
The Client Booking Notification is only triggered, if you have enabled emails from the notification settings.
