What’s New or Changed
- Reports: Candidates Age and DOB Report – containing the dates of births for all Candidate and their calculate age, in years.
- Reports: Candidates Additional Fields Report – contains all of the additional fields for all Candidate.
- References: Ability to modify references submitted by Candidate.
- Imports: We have now added a pipe delimitated field for skills, so you can bulk import candidate skills.
- Tools: We have now added a tools menu item that allows you to run specific tools, such as validating bank details, candidates without postcodes and candidates without end dates.
- Bookings: Audit History button has been added to the Booking Plan (Via Actions > View Booking Log) that will enable you to see the activity on the Booking Plan, for example, if a booking has the pay and charge rate updated.
- Reports: Candidate With Invalid National Insurance Numbers – This report will details all the Candidate with an invalid NINO (National Insurance Number).
- Data Validation: We have increased the validation for NI Numbers and Bank Details so records with invalid details must be updated. This has been updated via Manage Integrations for Evertime, so you can get enhanced warnings about this.
What’s Fixed
- Minimum Compliance Report: Bug with counting the total number of valid documents.
- PAYE Holidays: Unable to set holiday accrual value for PAYE candidates.
- Booking: Add Booking > IR35 Status missing when adding a booking – now available for all agencies.
