There are 2 ways in which a password can be reset for the client timesheet portal.
- The client will be able to browse to the timesheet portal and then click forgot password and this will trigger the password reset process for the client.
- If you browse to the client profile > contacts and locate the contact you want to reset the password for and the click on the actions menu and select reset password. This will show the password on screen, so you will be able to send this to the client.
