When you create your word document, you are able to use placeholders to help generate your document, for example, if you required the candidates name or clients name, there is a placeholder that can be used.

As an example, if you would like to display your agency name on the document, you would add the following placeholder: ${%agencyName%}. Please be sure to follow the format of the fields, or you will run into issues with the system not being able to convert it.
