Please note this functionality is only available for Evertime agencies, with the automation switched on.
Steps
- Login to CentricFlow.
- Browse to the Settings Menu > Manage Integrations.
- Locate the ‘Evertime FTP Combi Response Files’ section.
- Locate a Response that has warning. (Indicated by the yellow/orange warning flag)
- Download the response file.
- Click on Review Errors.
The Review Errors window will translate the error message from Evertime, allowing you to understand the corrective action required.
How to resolve errors example:
Detected errors in the Combi Response below, warns you that there is an error with the Company Number.

Below is the sample Combi Response, that corelates with the error message we have detected and translated.

To fix this example, if you browse to the dashboard and use the search on the top right, you can enter the ‘AssignId’ which will let you know which client is causing the issue, so you will be able to then locate the client and update the problematic record.
