We have introduced a new Operational Analytics Reporting mechanism that will allow you to report in more detail, week on week. You will be able to see the percentage difference based on the last week from the current week selected.
You are able to report against the following metrics:
Candidates, Clients & Consultants
- New Candidates
- New Clients
- New Consultants
- Bookings, Margin & Fees
Total Bookings
- Booking Requests
- Job Feed (Website)
- Average Margin
Graphs / Visuals for:
- Gross Margin (Week on Week)
- Highest Booked Job Titles
How to I access the report?
Browse to Dashboard > Operational Analysis
This is switched off by default and you will need to allocate the permission. To do this, browse to Settings > Consultants > Select a Consultant > Permissions > Select the “Dashboard – Operational Analytics Dashboard” then logout and back in and the permissions will be assigned.
