Emails: Issue with sending references

QUESTION:

I’m receiving the below error message when sending reference requests on Centric Flow. Failed to send reference request successfully to xxxx@xxxx.xxx Please check your Agency > Notifications > Reference Requests settings.

ANSWER:

With the issue of emails, we need to login to the user account and then connect up Microsoft again, we may have to get Roxy to action this as we don’t have the login information. The steps needed to be completed are below:
To resolve this, if you browse to Apps > Integrations (https://app.centricflow.co.uk/a/integrations) and click on the blue ‘Having problems? Click here to disconnect’ which is highlighted in orange below.

Once you have clicked this, this will reset the settings and allow you to then click Sign in with Microsoft, as shown below.
