How do I send an email to a candidate pool?

We have kept it simple when sending emails to a candidate pool.

Browse to Candidates -> Candidate Pool and the click on the email icon of the pool you would like to email. You will then be presented with an email window where you can create the email you would like to send and the click send.

Tip, you can use the %name% in the subject and body of the email and we will convert this to the candidates name for you, helping you deliver that personalised experience.

Before you send an email to a candidate pools, you must have setup your email settings within CentricFlow. Search for ‘Setting up Email’ within the Knowledge hub to see how you set this up.
