Can I change a Rate Card once it’s been allocated to a Booking?
Yes, when you have to adjust any rates on a Rate Card, you can do this at any point. The Rate Card is only used when a timesheet is being submitted, so as long as the adjustments are made before or after a timesheet has been captured, you can make the changes.
Please note that changing the Rate Card does not impact timesheets that have already been collected, so if you do change the rate, this will only apply to timesheets after this has been adjusted. If you would like to reject a timesheet and re-submit the timesheet, the timesheet will use the newest / updated rate available on the Rate Card at the time of submission.
