Issue:
Evertime: Message is: ‘Must supply DOB for PAYE Candidates’. Relates to: ‘Date_Of_Birth’
Solution:
With regards to “Message is: ‘Must supply DOB for PAYE Candidates’. Relates to: ‘Date_Of_Birth'” this is caused because the Candidate Date of Birth is missing or the entered Date of Birth is invalid.
You must ensure the candidate has a valid date of birth on CentricFlow.
Please go to the Candidate Basic Details page and under the section Additional Details enter a valid Date Of Birth for the candidate.
