What’s New or Changed

  • New Dashboard Search: Replaced the dashboard search to improve searching for candidates, clients & contacts which will be available across all pages. Read more

  • Candidate Onboarding > Registration Update: Agencies will be able to send the registration form to existing candidates to allow them to update. Will prevent duplicates. Read more

  • Candidate Onboarding > Auto-set availability: Agencies will be able to set the option that when a candidate registers, they are added automatically to the available list. Read more

  • Candidates Availability: Allow linking directly to the candidates’ profile from the availability list.

  • Compliance Expired Internal: Agencies will be able to set an interval in which we stop alerting them about expired documents. Example: Passport is still a valid document after expiry, so we can stop alerting for this after the interval has passed. Read more

  • Booking Summary Report: Include candidate’s email address.

  • Bookings > Holidays: Additional of additional holiday categories. Read more

  • New Report > Booked Hours vs Timesheet Hours: Allow agencies to track differences in booked times vs timesheet times. Read more

  • Employment Type: Candidates can be now set as a ‘Perm & Temp candidate’ type.

What’s Fixed

  • References: Auto-disable reminders for completed references.

  • Microsoft 365: Initial Setup for users not saving correctly.

  • Client Log: Fix typo when adding a site visit.

  • Evertime Combi Grouping: Remove legacy grouping on combi that triggered issues with payroll crossing over 2024 and 2025.

  • Onboarding > Address History: Removed the requirement for an end data, where one is not needed when it’s their current address.

  • References: Fix statuses to ensure when the reference is manually added, it doesn’t appear to be online completed.

  • New Candidate Report: Fixed a bug that would return all candidates, instead of registered in the last 7 days.

  • Booking Confirmation: Match date format for new bookings and extended bookings to be more user friendly and consistent.

  • Evertime Combi > Client Temp Payment Terms: Update mapping in line with Evertime update.


  • Online Timesheets: Disable reminders for cancelled bookings.
