What’s New or Changed

  • Additional Evertime Field Mapping – The following fields have now been mapped into CentricFlow for Evertime:

    • Candidate Holiday Pay Rule – By default, the Candidate Holiday Pay Rule is driven from the default value set under Settings > Manage Integrations.




    • Candidate Holiday Pay Rate – By default, the Candidate Holiday Pay Rate is driven from the default value set under Settings > Manage Integrations.




    • Client Holiday Pay Rate – By default, the Client Holiday Pay Rate is driven from the default value set under Settings > Manage Integrations.




    • Candidate Declaration Type – This is mapped from the candidates profile. There is no default value for this, so this must be added.



    • Currency Mapping – We have mapped the currency options to include the complete list from Evertime. To use a currency other than GBP you must setup the currency within Evertime first.


    • Client Contact External ID – We have now mapped the External ID from the client contact record to allow you to map directly to an existing contact.




    • Client Location External ID – We have now mapped the External ID from the client location record to allow you to map directly to an existing location.



    • IBAN / Swift / BIC – We have now mapped the IBAN / Swift / BIC details from the client, candidate and Umbrella records to allow your manage this from CentricFlow.


  • Permanent Reporting – We have introduced a series of new reports to report against your Permanent roles. The reports include:

    • Proposals Sent Report

    • Outside Pipeline Report

    • Inside Pipeline Report

    • Opportunities Report

    • KPI Tracking Screen

  • Permanent Additional Features: We have added the following additional features to the Permanent roles:

    • Auto-Fruition weighting – This will allow for reports to automatically calculate projected income based on the weighing.

    • Option to delete Permanent Job – We have added the option to allow for a job to be deleted if it’s been added in error, or you simply need to start again.

    • Permissions for Settings and Report Dashboard – We have added permissions to prevent consultants from accessing the permanent settings.

    • Export Job and Candidates to CSV – We have added an export to CSV option that allows a role overview to be exported, with the candidates and their statuses.

    • Workflow Transition – Add Candidate Notes – We have added the ability to be able to add notes that are associated with a candidate and role.


What’s Improved or Fixed

  • Mock NI Number – We have introduced a dummy National Insurance Number, AB000000A, specifically for our InTime integration that allows the field to be mapped, without showing false positives in the CRM and preventing exports to InTime.

  • Agency Default Email Address – We have introduced an agency default email address, that will allow responses back to our automated system emails, back to the default address, rather than the no reply email.

  • NI Number Checks – We have introduced a lookup that prevents candidates from being added to an agencies database, where the NI has already been used.

  • Onboarding Questions added to email – We have added a copy of the Q&As for the onboarding additional questions to the agency new candidate registration email.

  • Job Role Applied for added to email – We have added the name of the role the candidate has applied for onto the agency new candidate registration email, where a candidate has applied for a permanent role.

  • 2FA / MFA bug – Fixed an issue that allowed users to browse directly to the dashboard after logging in, to skip the 2FA / MFA requirements.

  • Candidate notes not displaying bug – Resolved an issue with a query that prevented notes from displaying when notes were added against a permanent role.

  • Mandatory Consultant for Tasks – We have now made it mandatory for a task to be assigned to a consultant.

  • CentricFlow WordPress Plugin – We have published v1.3 that improves the handling of expired jobs.

  • Evertime Combi Sync – We have reduced the number of historic weeks, so we now send the current week, the next week and 1 week historically. Any historic placements before this are managed manually via the UI.
