Issue:
Evertime: (whilst processing Clients) ErrorDetails:Postal Code is required;Value is:False
Solution:
With regards to “(whilst processing Clients) ErrorDetails:Postal Code is required;Value is:False” this is caused by the Client not having a postcode as part of the mandatory fields for Evertime.
This needs to be updated in the Client Site Addresses module.
Make sure you have entered the Postal Code for both the Primary Site Address and the Invoice Site Address.
You will need to add the the postcode and then try again.
Also please make sure you have selected both your Client primary and invoice site addresses.
