How do I reset a client contact password?

If you want to reset and email a new password to one of your clients contacts so they can access the timesheet portal, then follow these steps:

  1. Click on Client in the top main menu
  2. Then search for the client name
  3. Once you have found the client name, click on the name link
  4. Then when the Client Details page appears click on Contacts link on the left-hand side menu
  5. Then click on Actions button next to the contact name you want to reset the password for
  6. A dropdown menu should appear, click on Reset Password
  7. A popup window should appear saying that the Password has changed
  8. You should copy the password and then send an email to your client contact with their new contact details for the timesheet portal
  9. Once you have copied the password you can close the popup window by clicking on OK button
