If you want to reset and email a new password to one of your clients contacts so they can access the timesheet portal, then follow these steps:
- Click on Client in the top main menu
- Then search for the client name
- Once you have found the client name, click on the name link
- Then when the Client Details page appears click on Contacts link on the left-hand side menu
- Then click on Actions button next to the contact name you want to reset the password for
- A dropdown menu should appear, click on Reset Password
- A popup window should appear saying that the Password has changed
- You should copy the password and then send an email to your client contact with their new contact details for the timesheet portal
- Once you have copied the password you can close the popup window by clicking on OK button
