What’s New or Changed

- Documentation – Created documentation for agencies on what the client and candidates’ views look like, to allow agencies to utilise this documentation to circulate / brand up to distribute.
- Candidate Availability – All reports now detail the position a candidate / consultant has nominated for availability. The reports now only show future availability, not historic. We have also added a restriction to prevent candidates from adding historic availability. We have also cleaned up the report to include candidate where no date is specified.
- Reports– We have added a new Candidate Expiring Report that allows agencies to download a report of expiring documents within 30 days, as an enhancement to the existing methods.
- Compliance Screen – This was only showing the next 10 expiring documents. For healthcare, there will be more, so we have upped this to 100, which is also supplemented by the report above.
- Client Notes – We have, by default, excluded all the booking notifications to allow for better visibility of BD activities. They are available when the filters are applied.
- InTime – We have removed the mandatory requirement for a contact email, which posed challenges for agencies.
What’s Fixed
- External Accounts – There was a bug that prevented agencies from adding additional candidates to the gateway.
- Task & Events Board – Update the code to remove legacy version of JS no longer supported.
- Timesheet Combi – Added a check to make sure we have timesheets data to send before sending to reduce errors.
- Candidate Portal – The candidate portal totals were not reflective inclusive of the start and end dates or multishifts, so were totally incorrectly.
- Booking Instructions – We have rephrased the wording for clarity on the pre-confirm bookings.
- Booking Plan – The filter for selecting a W/C was picking the week start not end, causing the plan to skew it’s view.
