Troubleshoot: Unable to login

If you are trying to login to CentricFlow application and you are getting an error message saying:

“Sorry we are unable to log you in, please try again. If the issue persists, please contact CentricFlow Support”

Please follow these steps to try and re-login into CentricFlow:

  1. Please could you close your browser and
  2. then open a new browser window and try and login again: https://app.centricflow.co.uk/login

This should clear any previous browser caching sessions and let you login again.
