I cannot upload an image from my iPhone

Images from iPhones are saved in a different digital format (HEIC) than the image files we accept.

You can change a setting on your iPhone, which will allow you to take new photo’s in the correct format which can then be uploaded.

However, any existing photo’s in the HEIC format would need to be converted to Jpeg format to be used for CentricFlow.
