How do I create a candidate pool?

There are 2 ways you can create a candidate pool.

The first way to create a pool is to head to Candidates -> Candidate Search where you can then perform a search for the candidates you would like to include, for example, you may want to search for all your Painters that are 10 miles from the site location. This is the recommended approach as it allows you to refine your results geographically.

The second way to create a pool is to head to Candidates -> Candidate Pool where you can click on Create Pool to then perform a basic level of searches to generate your list.
