CentricFlow gives you the power to send emails directly from the platform through your existing email solution, for example Microsoft 365. This is great when sending the Candidates their welcome email or booking notifications.

You can set this up by following the steps below.
- Head to Account Settings (The menu by your name)
- Select Consultants
- You will then see a list of active accounts on the platform, simply select the Consultant you want to enter / update the email settings for.
- Select Email Settings.
- You will see a screen similar to the below;
- Once you have completed the above click Save and Test and the system will generate a test email and send it to you.
