What fields are mandatory when creating a Rate Card?
When setting up a Rate Card, the required rates to setup are the ‘Standard Rates’ which are the default rates used for the Rate Card. You can optionally setup the Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday rates, if you need to get granular over the weekends and band holidays, otherwise, it will default to the Standard Rates.
Each Pay and Charge rate will have a default value of 0.00. When you adjust the rates, you will need to ensure they meet the requirements, as defined here, and if you empty the field value, this will default to 0.00.
If you are an Evertime customer, the Evertime Rate is a mandatory field and must be a unique rate type for each rate option within CentricFlow.
