Question:
How do we send our GDPR compliance document out separately to the registration form?
Answer:
If you browse to the Candidates profile in question, you will then be able to upload this document to the candidates profile and then use the Request Signed Document button on their profile to be abler to send them the link to sign the document.
You can select the documents once they are on the profile, thus allowing for multiple documents to be selected for signing.
Also, if you need to add more compliance documents please follow these steps:
If you head to https://app.centricflow.co.uk/a/settings/compliance (Settings > Your Compliance) you will be able to locate the On-boarding Compliance Documents section, which will enable you to add the documents as a PDF that you would like signing at registration.
