QUESTION:
We’re having a problem sending a reference request from CentricFlow, we’re getting the an error message. We’ve tried to send the request to a different email address, but still get the same error message. We’ve also tried to send a registration link, but also the same message. Please have a look and let me know if it’s something we can sort out from here.
ANSWER:
To resolve this, if you browse to Apps > Integrations (https://app.centricflow.co.uk/a/integrations) and click on the blue ‘Having problems? Click here to disconnect’ which is highlighted in orange below.

Once you have clicked this, this will reset the settings and allow you to then click Login with Microsoft, as shown below.
