Troubleshooting: Consultants cannot view client details

Issue:

As a consultant you click to view client details but you cannot and instead you view an error message saying:

“Sorry, you do not permission to access this client.”

Solution:

The solution is to go to the Consultant > Permissions and uncheck the “Restrict viewing own Clients” permission.

Then click on “Submit” button.

You then need to logout from CentricFlow and re-login for the new consultant user permissions to work.
