Issue:
When you send the Onboarding form URL to your candidates the form field rules do not take effect correctly.
Solution:
This is due to the fact that you may be using an old Onboarding form URL that used the agency ID in the URL instead of using the new Onboarding form URL that uses a guid_id for the specific form.
To fix this you need to follow these steps:
1. Click on Candidate > List Candidate
Then click on “Setup On-Boarding” button.
Afterwards, click on Save As button.
Then enter the new form name. For example: NEW FORM or Nurses Form
Click on Save As button.
Then you can Select the NEW FORM you have just created from the “Select On-Boarding Form” drop down menu.
To copy the new On-Boarding Form URL then click on “Customizable On-Boarding” link or the Clipboard icon
Then open a new browser and copy the new On-Boarding Form URL into it.
You should view a new On-Boarding Form URL specific to the new form you have just created and should look similar to this:
