The client main contact details are wrong – How do I update them?

You will notice that some sections of the main details are greyed out. This is because they are controlled by the Main Contact that is under the Contacts page.

To make a change, simply head to the Contacts page and location the contact that has the green Primary Contact flag under the name, click the Actions menu and click Edit, where you will be able to edit the main contact, which will update on the client main details page.
