Emails within CentricFlow are setup per Consultant, so the steps below will need to be completed per consultant account on the CRM.
To setup your emails within CentricFlow you can do this by:
- Head to Apps -> Integrations
Apps -> Integrations
Head to Apps -> Integrations where you will be able to connect CentricFlow with Microsoft365

Login with Microsoft
Login with your details, you will be asked to approve the require permissions so CentricFlow can access the service.

Successful setup
When you have setup your emails, you will see the below and should receive a test email to confirm this has been setup.
