If you want to request a candidate to submit a signed compliance document, please follow these steps:
Login to CentricFlow CRM here: https://app.centricflow.co.uk/login
Then select Candidates > List Candidates from top menu

Then click on the candidate/worker name you want to request signed compliance documents from.

Then when the candidate profile page appears click on Compliance button

After, click on Request Signed Documents button

The Request Signed Documents modal will appear.

Then you need to select the Send Email As option.
You must also select at least one Documents Requiring Signature.
If you require more than one document to be signed you need to click on CTRL and click on the documents you require candidates signatures.
You can also update the message if you want to.
Note: Do not update the URL that is auto-generated by the system – otherwise the candidate will not be able to access the documents.
Then click on Send button.

A message should appear saying that the Request Signed Documents email was successfully sent.

The candidate should receive an email that will look like this – with a subject saying Compliance Document Signing.

When the candidate copies and pastes the link to the browser they can view the documents that are required to be signed shown below.

The candidate can View the compliance document(s) that they are required to sign prior to signing.

Once they add their digital signature to the white box where it shows Sign below and click Accept All Documents the documents a message appears saying “There aren’t any more documents for you to accept”.

Then the signed compliance documents will appear on the Candidate > Compliance as signed.

You can then view the Signed document copy (if it was a PDF document) by clicking on the Signed link.

If the Signed link is greyed out it will mean that the document was not a PDF and signed copy was not able to be generated.
But the document was marked as Signed.
